During the construction stage of an owner project, we represent the owner directly. Often our owner representatives are issued owner-branded PPE, business cards, and owner email addresses for the project duration. Our reps quite literally become the on-site point of contact for the owner, representing their best interests as subject matter experts while serving as the conduit for information reporting.

Similar in function to Project Owner Representation, the Designated Field Services Representation is an on-site third-party presence able to facilitate representation for other stakeholder entities. As a constant presence on the construction site, our experts are able to provide project assurance on a micro-level.

Public Finance Monitoring

In the early finance stage of a construction project. Reliatech detects root cause issues that could jeopardize the initiation or viability of a project for investors. Often we can assist in working through these potential delays. A successful project launch and execution is our goal.

How We Help

 

The traditional development process is to secure a property and then transform it to meet your business requirements. This can be a disjointed and tedious process. Typically, a client will meet with an architect to procure a property that meets their basic needs. As design and improvements to the property are necessary, clients are often left challenged to find someone to help with the process. Most often the “program management” is left in the hands of the design or the construction team as an add-on service to their primary function. This approach can lend itself to major communication and priority conflicts. It is imperative that an impartial independent facilitator exclusively represents the primary stakeholder’s interest, and coordinates all efforts for the efficient delivery of scope, schedule, and budget. This allows the design and construction players to each stay focused on their respective domains and expertise.

 

Reliatech can collaborate with you and your design team during the initial phases of concept and design, or at subsequent phases in the process. We can assist with everything from the creation of preliminary drawings and cost projections through the closeout, commissioning, and project turnover to help you make an informed decision at all phases. Reliatech will provide construction monitoring and deficiency reporting of the construction activities and progress based on the baseline scope, schedule, and budget. Only with your approval do we allow the project to proceed to permits and construction — all the while with you knowing in advance and throughout the process, exactly how it will address your requirement and budget.
